More empirical evaluations are needed in the field of HIV prevention and sexual health promotion. IPSR proposed evaluations aimed at measuring the direct impact of a prevention campaign or intervention on the attitudes and behaviors of the targeted public. These evaluations are theory driven and used sophisticated protocols such as the randomized control trial.
